Towing
Vehicle not going anywhere under its own power? We dispatch a nearby tow provider and take it where you want it — for a flat fee agreed before anyone is sent.
What towing covers
When a roadside fix will not do it, the vehicle needs to move on a truck. You choose the destination — your shop, your home, or a dealer — and we dispatch a provider with the right equipment for the vehicle.
- Cars, vans and light trucks
- You choose where it goes
- Breakdowns, non-starts and post-accident moves
- Equipment matched to the vehicle before dispatch
How the request works
01. You call
Tell us where you are, what the vehicle is, and where it needs to go.
02. Flat fee agreed
You get the fixed price for the job up front. No bidding, no meter running.
03. Provider dispatched
We send the nearest available provider with the right truck and tell you who is coming.
04. Tracked to complete
We stay across the job until the vehicle is delivered and it is closed out.
Towing here is roadside, not vehicle transport. This is a fixed-fee tow to get one vehicle off the road and where it needs to be. Moving vehicles between cities or states is auto transport — that goes on the loadboard and carriers bid on it. See vehicle transport.
