How a Roadside Request Works
Eight simple steps in the Dispatcher Gate app.
1. Select service
Choose one of the seven services.
2. Enter details
Where you are, your vehicle (the VIN is optional) and the questions for that service.
3. Set your price
Offer your own price, or ask nearby providers for quotes.
4. Create your account
Sign up or sign in when you send. Your request goes out straight after.
5. Review offers
Compare price, arrival time and rating. Counter an offer once if you like.
6. Confirm the booking
Check the total — the provider’s price plus the 10% fee — and confirm. You pay the provider directly.
7. Track your provider
Follow them on the map and message them.
8. Service completed
Confirm the job, get your receipt and rate the provider.
Clear, Upfront Pricing
Choose Offer My Price to set what you want to pay, or Receive Provider Quotes to let nearby providers send their prices. Providers can accept or counteroffer. Each offer shows the provider’s charge plus a 10% Dispatcher Gate fee, and you see the total before you confirm.
