What a jump start covers
A provider comes to you with the equipment to boost a flat battery and get the engine running. If the battery will not hold at all, they will tell you on the spot rather than leaving you to find out a mile down the road.

How the request works
01. Describe the problem
Pick the service in the web app, share where you are and your vehicle. The VIN is optional.
02. Name your price or get quotes
Offer what you want to pay, or let nearby providers quote with their arrival time.
03. Compare, counter, accept
See each provider's price, arrival time and rating. Counter once if you like, then accept.
04. Track to complete
Watch them arrive on the map, then confirm the job is done, get your receipt and rate it.
