PROVIDERS

Roadside calls near you, on your terms

Customers nearby ask for towing, a jump start, a flat tire, fuel delivery, a vehicle lockout, a locksmith or a mechanic. You only get requests for the services you choose, and you accept the price they named or send a quote with your arrival time.

How it works for providers

1. Register

Create your provider account: company, the services you offer, insurance details and a W-9 certification. USDOT only if you tow.

2. Get verified

We check the documents once. Add your drivers; each gets an email invitation.

3. Set your coverage

Your services and travel radius are set when you register; change them any time in Roadside settings.

4. Answer requests

Nearby requests appear in the Roadside tab with the vehicle, the location and the customer’s price.

5. Offer or accept

Accept the customer’s price or send a quote with your arrival time; one counter each way.

6. Send a driver

Dispatch from the app; the customer tracks the driver and messages you. Complete with a photo.

Your price is your price

The customer sees your price plus a 10% platform fee and confirms the total before you move. Dispatcher Gate does not set your rates, assign jobs or take a share of your price. Nothing is charged in the app: you are paid by the customer directly.

What you need to register

Company and contact

Legal name, address, phone and the person who signs for the business.

Authority where it applies

A USDOT number if you offer towing, and your MC number if you have one.

Insurance and W-9

Your certificate of insurance with its limit, deductible and expiration date, and a W-9 certification. The app can read the certificate for you.

Your drivers

Add them after sign-up: each gets an invitation, completes a profile and is verified by you.
