Become a Carrier
Sign up, get verified once, and start bidding on auto transport loads and taking roadside calls, launching in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland.
What onboarding involves
Four steps, done once. After that you are on the board and can bid on any load that fits your equipment.
01. Sign up
Create your carrier account in the web app with your company and contact details.
02. Verification
Upload your USDOT certificate, insurance certificate and W-9. We check them before your account can take work.
03. Your drivers
Add your drivers from your dispatch center. Each one gets an email invitation, and they stay under your control and your dispatch.
04. Start bidding
Open loads and nearby roadside calls appear on your board. Bid the ones that work, skip the ones that do not.
Tow and roadside providers
A tow provider is a carrier account: the same sign-up, the same verification. Once verified, roadside requests near you appear in the app’s Roadside tab.
- Receive requests within the radius you set, for the services you offer
- Accept the customer’s price or send a quote with your arrival time
- Send a driver, track the job and message the customer in the app
- The customer sees your price plus a 10% platform fee; you keep your price
