TOW PROVIDERS

Roadside calls near you, on your terms

Customers nearby post what they need — a tow, a jump start, a tire, fuel, a lockout. You accept the price they named or send a quote with your arrival time, send your driver, and keep every dollar of your price. One account, one verification.

How it works for providers

1. Register

Create the carrier account: company, USDOT/MC where applicable, insurance certificate, W-9.

2. Get verified

We check the documents once. Add your drivers; each gets an email invitation.

3. Set your coverage

Choose the services you offer and the radius you cover in Roadside settings.

4. Answer requests

Nearby requests appear in the Roadside tab with the vehicle, the location and the customer’s price.

5. Offer or accept

Accept the customer’s price or send a quote with your arrival time; one counter each way.

6. Send a driver

Dispatch from the app; the customer tracks the driver and messages you. Complete with a photo.

Your price is your price

The customer sees your price plus a 10% platform fee and confirms the total before you move. Dispatcher Gate does not set your rates, assign jobs or take a share of your price. Nothing is charged in the app: you are paid by the customer directly.

What you need to register

Company and contact

Legal name, address, phone and the person who signs for the business.

Authority where it applies

USDOT and MC numbers if you carry for hire; towing-only businesses register the same way.

Insurance and W-9

A current certificate of insurance and a signed W-9; the app reads the certificate for you.

Your drivers

Add them after sign-up: each gets an invitation, completes a profile and is verified by you.
