Version 0.9 • 16 October 2026
1. Onboarding
Each towing, locksmith, roadside or mobile mechanic provider must provide legal business details, identity, applicable permits, professional licensing, vehicle and driver information, and required insurance. Approval is conditional and subject to re-verification.
2. Independent Contractor
Providers control how services are performed, subject to applicable law, accepted job terms and safety requirements. This contract does not by itself establish employment; actual classification depends on the facts and applicable law.
3. Job Offers and Acceptance
An offer should specify service, pickup location, estimated price, ETA, scope, cancellation rules and special equipment. Providers must not misrepresent availability, bait-and-switch pricing or accept jobs they cannot safely perform.
4. Locksmith and Security Services
Locksmith providers must verify ownership/authority and follow applicable state and local licensing, recordkeeping and consumer protection rules. No bypass of vehicle security without lawful authorization.
5. Dispatch and Safety
Providers must comply with traffic, towing, licensing, consumer, labor and safety laws. Drivers must not use handheld app functions while operating vehicles unlawfully. Report incidents and delays promptly.
6. Photos, Signatures and Completion
Provider should document arrival, condition, work performed, customer approvals, photos and completion signature where appropriate. Records must not be fabricated or altered.
7. Fees, Settlement and Taxes
Provider payout, processing fees, chargebacks and dispute handling must be clearly disclosed in the job offer and payment terms. Provider is responsible for its taxes and workers’ compensation obligations as required by law.
8. Insurance and Claims
Maintain applicable commercial auto, general liability, garagekeepers/on-hook or professional liability coverage as relevant to actual services and jurisdiction. Limits and endorsements must be determined by counsel and insurance advisors, not assumed by this draft.
9. Location and Personal Data
Tracking is permitted only for legitimate active assignments and authorized users, with clear notice, reasonable retention and role-based access.
10. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, unsafe operations, expired credentials, repeated material complaints or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.
Updated Marketplace Business Model — October 2026
Provider Independence
Roadside providers independently determine whether to accept requests and remain responsible for lawful licensing, training, vehicles, tools, insurance, service quality, damage claims, and compliance. Platform matching and tracking tools do not transfer responsibility for physical service to Dispatcher Gate.
Payment and Fee Allocation
Roadside customer charges may include a separately disclosed platform processing fee, proposed at 10% of the roadside service charge. The provider-facing job terms must specify the provider payout, any deductions, timing, chargebacks, and disputes before acceptance.
