Roadside Customer Terms

Version 0.9 • 16 October 2026

1. Customer Registration

A customer account and verified phone/email are required before submitting a request. Customer must provide truthful identity, vehicle, location and service information. Emergency services should be contacted for immediate danger; Dispatcher Gate is not an emergency response service.

2. Services and Provider Selection

Requests may include towing, jump-start, tire change, lockout, locksmith, fuel delivery or mobile mechanic services. Independent providers may submit prices and ETAs; the customer selects a provider and confirms the final terms. Provider estimates and arrival times are not guaranteed.

3. Authorization and Access

Customer represents lawful authority to request work on the vehicle and must present proof of ownership or permission for lockout, locksmith or other security-sensitive services. Providers may decline work when ownership cannot be verified or conditions are unsafe.

4. Pricing and Cancellations

Before confirming, customer should see service price, applicable mileage or after-hours charges, taxes, cancellation/no-show charges and payment authorization. No material additional charge may be imposed without customer consent except where lawful emergency conditions apply.

5. Vehicle Condition and Safety

Customer must disclose known hazards and ensure a safe location when possible. Providers determine whether service can be safely performed and may refuse unsafe work. Customer should remove valuables and document condition.

6. Disputes and Refunds

Customers may report overcharges, poor performance, property damage or incomplete service via [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Refunds depend on the provider contract, payment-network rules and nonwaivable consumer rights. Platform support may facilitate resolution without guaranteeing an outcome.

7. Communications and Location

Customer consents to necessary transactional notices about their request and to location use needed to locate and track the assigned provider. Marketing messages require separate consent where law requires. See Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The performing provider is responsible for its own work and applicable insurance. Nothing here removes customer rights or liability that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

Updated Marketplace Business Model — October 2026

Roadside Marketplace

A registered retail customer may submit a request that is presented to independent roadside providers. Providers decide whether to accept; service is performed by the provider, not Dispatcher Gate. Availability and estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.

Roadside Fee Disclosure

Dispatcher Gate may charge a separately itemized roadside platform processing fee, proposed at 10% of the service charge, displayed with the total before the customer commits. Cancellation, refunds, payment authorization, and disputes follow the disclosed checkout terms and applicable law.
