Store version of each accepted document, timestamp, account/business ID, consent type, IP/device evidence as appropriate and withdrawal/cancellation events. Provide downloadable agreements and a link to current and archived versions.

Role-Specific Consent
Business shippers/carriers acknowledge subscription-only loadboard access, independent negotiations, and direct freight payments. Retail roadside customers acknowledge independent provider performance and the separately disclosed platform processing fee. Roadside providers acknowledge independent service obligations and the provider payout terms.
Launch Approval
Confirm the proposed 10% roadside processing fee and its base, subscription price and trial, payment flow, provider contract, operating entity, governing law, and regulatory analysis before production release.
