Auto-transport business plan: proposed $29.95/month after a 60-day trial; no load commissions or dispatch fees. Roadside retail processing fee: proposed 10% of roadside service charge, subject to final approval and checkout disclosures.
2. Billing Authorization
Before payment or enrollment, display amount, billing frequency, trial conversion date, cancellation instructions and material restrictions; obtain affirmative consent as required. Store payment credentials with a compliant processor, not raw card numbers.
3. Cancellation
Provide a simple online cancellation method where legally required, effective prospectively, and clear disclosure of any prorating or refund rights. Do not charge after a valid cancellation except lawful outstanding amounts.
4. Marketplace Funds
Identify merchant of record, payment processor, who holds funds, payout timing, refunds, disputes and chargebacks. Do not imply Operator is an escrow company or money transmitter without appropriate analysis and licensing.
5. Taxes, Errors and Chargebacks
Display applicable taxes and itemized charges. Provide a mechanism to dispute errors and investigate unauthorized transactions. Payment-provider rules and mandatory law control.
6. Provider and Carrier Settlements
Provider compensation is defined by the accepted job or rate confirmation; Platform dashboards are informational until settlement is confirmed. No guarantee of collection from counterparties.

Two Distinct Revenue Models
AUTO TRANSPORT: Dispatcher Gate charges business membership subscriptions only, proposed at $29.95/month after a 60-day trial. It charges no shipper-carrier load commission, dispatch fee, or freight-payment processing fee. Shippers and carriers negotiate and settle freight charges directly. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: Registered retail customers may be charged a separately disclosed platform processing fee, proposed at 10% of the roadside service charge, in addition to the independent provider service charge. Final percentage, fee base, payer, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment flow must be approved and reflected in checkout.
No Hidden Charges
The customer must see the roadside provider charge, platform fee, applicable taxes and total before authorizing payment. Subscription renewal and cancellation terms must be conspicuous and legally compliant.
