Version 0.9 • 16 October 2026
1. License
Subject to compliance, Operator grants a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, nontransferable license to use its mobile and web software for authorized internal business or personal service purposes.
2. Restrictions
No reverse engineering except where legally permitted, source-code extraction, credential sharing, circumvention, scraping, mass copying of listings, unauthorized API access, competing database extraction, malware or unlawful resale of Platform access.
3. Ownership
Operator and licensors retain all rights in the software, source code, interfaces, trademarks, trade secrets, databases and documentation. Users retain rights in their original submitted content, subject to the limited operational license.
4. Feedback and Open Source
Users may submit suggestions without obligation; use of feedback requires an appropriate license consistent with law. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their respective notices.
5. Updates and Termination
Operator may issue security and feature updates and end licenses after material breach, subject to applicable notice and consumer laws. Users must stop unauthorized use upon termination.
6. Enterprise Source Code Protection
Employee, developer and contractor access must be governed by separate NDA, IP assignment, secure access policy and return/deletion obligations. An end-user EULA alone does not establish ownership of commissioned code.

Platform-Only License
The software enables direct shipper-carrier transactions and separate customer-to-roadside-provider requests. Nothing in the software license authorizes a user to represent Dispatcher Gate as the carrier, broker, dispatcher, or roadside service provider.
